We supported Patagonia in the development of a comprehensive guide  for inclusive language to be used across  all internal and external communication channels, and to be shared with the company stakeholders.


After conducting  an initial analysis of the existing  brand communication, we developed detailed guidelines, complete with  practical examples of the language used by Patagonia.


The aim was to ensure  inclusive communication that embraces  all forms of diversity and advocates for  widespread inclusion.
