Vibram
In 1994, Vibram revolutionized the footwear world with Vibram Ecostep, the first eco-compound made up of over 30% recycled rubber from production waste. Then came Vibram N-OIL, containing more than 90% natural materials, which maintains Vibram's high standards in terms of quality, grip, and performance, offering an ecological alternative in the footwear industry.
At Green Media Lab, we had the honor of showcasing Vibram's pioneering commitment to sustainability through two impactful visuals. We were inspired by Vibram's iconic "Carroarmato" sole to create visual compositions that blend nature and innovation, paying tribute to the brand's most representative symbol.
For the Ecostep visual, we chose to represent the recycled elements used in its creation, shaping the sole with rubber waste. For N-OIL, we highlighted its entirely natural composition, incorporating natural pigments and emphasizing the ecological origins of the compound with the image of a tree.
Our goal was clear: to emphasize that sustainability and ethical values are not just surface-level considerations but an integral part of Vibram's very essence. With these powerful images, we demonstrate that sustainability is not a passing trend but a lasting commitment that resonates with the soul of our brand.
